Using Leadesi
By creating a Leadesi account, you agree to use the service for lawful purposes only. You may not use Leadesi to send spam, collect data without consent, or violate any applicable law.
Your data
You own the data you put into Leadesi. We process it on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store and process any personal data you enter, including your leads' and clients' information.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We will give reasonable notice of planned downtime where possible.
Limitation of liability
Leadesi is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
